QTEC, Inc. is pleased to announce Carol Daniel has been appointed Company President, effective July 1, 2018. Ms. Daniel has been with QTEC for five years, serving as the Vice President of Business Development and Director of Space & Missile Systems. Under her business development leadership, the company has experienced 82% growth over the last three years. Ms. Daniel has over 30 years of experience in the defense industry spanning numerous roles in project engineering, program management and corporate management. Prior to joining QTEC, Ms. Daniel served as the Director of System Development for Schafer Corporation. Ms. Daniel holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Auburn University and a M.S. in Computer Science from UAH. In her new role, Ms. Daniel will continue to report to QTEC’s CEO, Kathryn Broad.
Effective June 30, 2018, Jim Beveridge, P.E., will be retiring in his role of President of QTEC. Mr. Beveridge will continue to serve as Founder and Advisor and will provide Subject Matter Expertise to NASA as a member of the QTEC Team. Mr. Beveridge is responsible for the strong reputation QTEC enjoys in the aerospace community and establishing the foundation upon which the company stands today. The company is indebted to him for his 20 years of leadership and contributions.
